Privacy Notice

The Fatigue Management Journal (FMJ) is provided by The Brain Injury Therapist. This notice explains how we handle personal data under the UK GDPR.

What we collect

• Account information: name (or nickname), email address, authentication provider.
• Health-related data you choose to enter: energy levels, sleep, mood, activities, triggers, and reflections.
• Technical logs required to run the service securely.

Legal basis

For your account and general service data we rely on legitimate interests and contract. For health-related data (Article 9 special category) we rely on your explicit consent, which you give during onboarding and can withdraw at any time.

Where your data lives

Data is processed in the EU using Supabase infrastructure under a Data Processing Agreement. Payment records are held by Stripe under their own DPA.

Your rights

You can export all your data as JSON from Settings, and delete your account (which cascades all your records) at any time. Contact us to exercise your rights under UK GDPR.
